SAR Sensor

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)

Josaphat Laboratory (JMRSL) develops our original Circularly Polarized Synthetic Aperture Radar (CP-SAR) for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), aircraft, and microsatellite. We did some flight observation in Hinotori (Firebird) Missions to investigate the performance of our SAR system. The flight test of C band CP-SAR onboard CN235 aircraft was been done by Hinotori C1 and C2 missions in 2017 and 2018, thats was successfully to generate our first Circular Polarized images. We hope this sensor could be implemented on environment and disaster monitoring.
